ORDERING

Orders may be placed online or by calling our customer service line at 732.345.0022. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. We will be happy to assist you with choosing fonts or thread colors for your so pretty purchase; please do not hesitate to call customer service.

Brides or any other customers who order multiple quantities (5 or more of one item) may qualify for a special discount. Please call for details.

PAYMENT

so pretty accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners Club. If you need to make arrangements to pay by check, please call our customer service line.

SALES TAX

Sales tax (7%) will be charged to all shipments made to a New Jersey address.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to the 50 United States. For Canada and overseas shipments please call for shipping rates.

Monogrammed items require approximately 7-10 business days to complete prior to shipping. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays that fall on those days. In-stock items that are not personalized will ship within 3 business days. Shipping times can vary during busier times of the year.

Delivery of your order is subject to the on-time policies of the United States Postal Service. An upgrade to Express Mail delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please keep in mind the 7-10 business days it takes to monogram your item prior to shipping. Rush orders may be available, please call us.

A physical address is required for all deliveries and therefore we cannot make shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

For local customers wishing to pick up their order in the Red Bank NJ area, please use the "Local Pick Up" option during the check out process. No shipping charges will apply. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.

Is your purchase a gift? Gift Packaging is available for most items and may be selected at checkout for an additional $5.00. The packaging varies depending on your selection and the size of the item, but will always include our signature polka dots either on the ribbon or the box! Some items may not be available for gift wrap.

BACK ORDERS

You will be notified via email as soon as possible should you order an item that is on temporarily out of stock. Credit cards will not be charged for backordered items until they have shipped.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if a non-personalized item does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement. Such returns will only be accepted within 10 days of your receipt and only with prior authorization from so pretty. Please email us at customerservice@monogramsbysopretty.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email return procedures to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned.

Please be sure to double check your spelling before placing your order. Be sure to double check the order in which the letters in a monogram should appear. Refer to our monogram styles and colors page if you are unsure.

CARE AND CLEANING OF MONOGRAMMED ITEMS

Many of our items are machine washable. We recommend turning monogrammed garments inside out before washing and using only non-chlorine bleach as necessary. We also recommend turning inside out to iron. If your item has special care instructions, you will receive them with your shipment.
